I’ve spent my entire career in real estate; buying, selling, managing and financing all types of residential and commercial property. In a period spanning over 25 years I successfully managed over 100 commercial and residential loan transactions for a family-owned real estate investment company. My specialty is in financial analysis and valuation of residential and commercial property.
For three years I have been utilizing my experience to underwrite real estate loans. In 2009 I founded Pacific Private Money Loans, a lending company whose goal is to “help people retire wealthy”. We specialize in underwriting smart loans to real estate investors, and we fund these loans through our growing list of satisfied investors. Our short term, Trust Deed-secured loans earn our clients fixed rates between 9% and 12%.
